About Ned Lott
Ned Lott is a renowned Hollywood producer, casting director, and voice director, best known for his work on English dubs of Studio Ghibli films like Howl’s Moving Castle and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. He has extensive experience in animation, working with Disney/Pixar on Cars and The Incredibles, as well as casting and directing for video games like The Lego Movie Videogame.
Key achievements and areas of expertise:
- Studio Ghibli & Disney: Served as a Producer, Voice Director, and Casting Director for multiple Studio Ghibli titles and spent years at Disney Character Voices.
- Notable Casting: Cast Liam Neeson as Aslan for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
- Animation Specialist: Co-produced and cast the English version of the Oscar-nominated animated feature Ernest & Celestine.
